Context

Duco was created in 2019 by Jack Maden-Wilkinson to help leaders turn ambition into clarity.

Informed by 15 years within corporate design environments and six years working independently with founders and executives, Duco operates at the point where vision is translated into growth and opportunity.

Our Role

We bring an external perspective and creative lens into

leadership teams when new opportunity needs to be uncovered.

This might mean identifying what is missing, reframing

what already exists, or opening paths toward new products, brands and experiences.

Our role is to help leaders see beyond the obvious and

translate that perspective into work that can be realised.
